Refund Policy

At MKN COMMERCIAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES PVT. LTD., we strive to provide a seamless and effective learning experience through our online FlexSim software courses. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

For Individual Course Purchases:

• Refunds are only applicable in the case of technical issues that prevent the user from accessing the purchased course content, despite successful payment and order completion.

• We do not offer refunds for any other reasons, including user error, change of mind, or course dissatisfaction.

• All individual courses are accessible immediately via the user’s dashboard upon successful payment.

For Group/Corporate License Purchases:

• A full refund is available only if no participants have been added to the group license.

• Once participants are added, even if only a few, no refunds will be issued, as we do not support partial refunds for group licenses.

Discounted or Promotional Purchases:

• Products purchased under discounted pricing or as part of any special promotion are not eligible for refunds, regardless of individual or group purchase.

Refund Processing Time:

• If eligible , refunds will be processed and the full amount will be credited in the customers account within 5 business days.
